Service dogs are allowed anywhere their handler is according to the ADA law. emotional support animals, and household pets are not covered under ADA, those animals are at the discretion of management
They have a separate area outside where you can take dogs
This restaurant is located inside a gated community with a marina... Proper attire I am sure is just nice shoes, shirt, shorts - People were dress Golf/ polo shirts and shorts... Some ladies had sun dresses on.
Yes, there were customers dining with their dogs beside them while I was having lunch
Open to the public, you arrive at the Gate to the (Burnt Store)Cass Cay Community and Marina Check in, tell them you would like to have lunch at the restaurant. They ask for your name and they record it. Then they allow you to proceed through the gate. PG Waterfront Suites
I hate the NFL now that they don't respect the Anthem, So I give them a thumbs up for that.
2 to 5
Very poor for valanties day not enough wait staff our watier could not handle all his tables not his fault but poor management
Water view food good but server good not great.
I love their fish dip! Amazing view too! 🤓
Great food and atmosphere..our server Taylor was tops.. kept drinks full and checked often to see if we needed anything... will visit again when in the area. Thanks again for the great Punta Gorda hospitality!
I love the view both inside and outside atmosphere. The service can be slow outside, inside bar fun. I only have had appetizers and the wedge salad is excellent. Great happy hour.
Good good , cold beer, great servers
Other than the server accidentally pouring a beer on a person @ our table it was good.
Upscale restaurant overlooking an upscale Marina in an upscale Gated Community. Open to the public but you need to ask for an amenity pass at the gate. Nice atmosphere with prices comparable to the popular upscale restaurant franchises.
Served me teriyaki wings with barely any sauce on them. It was actually laughably pathetic. Worst wings ever. Cooked right but no sauce so poor job. I never served people food i wouldn't eat when I was industry.
Delicious food, respectful and serene seating. Our server, Buster was on top of things. Thank you Kristi M. for a very enjoyable "date night" out.😊👍
Excellent Restaurant! Unless you live in the complex, you have to get a pass to enter. The restaurant is with the marina, and the location by the water, for spectacular views. The interior is upscale, as is the menu. Lots of seafood options, mostly local caught fish. The quality of the meals is beyond compare. The presentation in line with the upscale venue. The portions are fair, and the menu options are many. We had the red fish special, it was excellent.Service is friendly and fast. An outside patio is attached for drinks, and the inside bar is separate from the dinning area. They have Karaoke on Tuesday, music other nights.A great place to go for a romantic dinner, casual drink, or snack.
We always enjoy our times here. Also a great place to bring out of towners.
Enjoyed a casual lunch. Sat on the deck, everyone was practicing social distancing. Waiter was pleasant and wore a mask. Scenery was excellent lunch was ok. Coconut Shrimp was just fair. Burgers looked good.
Awesome food and live bands. Enjoy me our time there
Excellent food, friendly staff. Some expected kinks during procedural changes for COVID-19, but they're still providing great food and service!
Great Ahi tuna! Wonderful staff and owners!
Great for lunch, drinks and dinner. Fish is fresh, the burgers are excellent. Thanks to Tom for getting my sister a pineapple and peach drink! Nailed it!
Food was very good. Portions are good size. 2 can maybe even split an entre? Would go back again. View is great if you like boats and water!
How can you beat a view overlooking boats and water? Service was prompt and bar food is usually good. The seating area is large and by the time the band started playing the noise level makes quiet conversation a challenge. This is no criticism but wanting to point out that you should plan your arrival depending on what you want; quiet talk by the water or a large crowd having fun. I like the place and recommend it.
Pretty good food. Service was pretty quick, but server was a little rushed. Nice view right on the marina.
Went t o hear Michael D'Amore on a Sunday. He was excellent..we ordered the fish and Shrimp. So very good..we had to make a reservation, limit to people, and staff wore mask
Came by boat....rum runner was wicked...awesome wings, mussels and crab and corn cakes...Ian, our waiter, was great.
It's a very nice, harbour front restaurant with very polite attentive staff who cater for your every need.
Sat outside to see a bad. Place was cool. 6 of us. Had to go to the bar to get our own drinks because dining area was full. Sat at a table on the deck by the mens room. It was great. You could hear the band but not so loud we could still talk. Don't know if I could ever find the place again. A gated community we stopped at the guard shack and were given a parking pass then rode a few miles into the development to the resteraunt and marina. Burntstore Marina
Waiting for fish and chips (Pollock) Interesting that waiter says he gets 2 or 3 complaints a day about cold coffee. Apparently the coffee machine is broken and does not make hot coffee. He is microwaving it to make it hot. Breezy and beautiful setting. Busy but quiet at 2:30 pm. Fish and chips tasty and fresh. Malt vinegar helps. Fish tacos good. Had a wonderful meal. Waiter did not charge for coffee as it was consistently cold. Substituted garden salad for fries. That was very nice.
Waiter was friendly and tried to be helpful, but one in our party ordered 3 different entrees and the waiter told us that entree was out. My second order of ice tea turned out to be ice coffee. Not a good experience.
We had a reservation for a large group. They were not prepared to handle this. We arrived as they opened. The tables were not set up and no effort was made to help us set them up. Food arrived in in waves so some were done eating when others were just getting theirs. Food was ok. Server did the best she could. May try once more with a smaller group.
We frequent Cass Cay and decided to bring some out of town guests here last night for dinner. The food was as always excellent, however the service was unfortunately a little lacking this visit. One specific example one member of our party ordered a starter / side salad with their meal which did not come out , part way through the meal we inquired about it and our waiter apologized and said he would bring it out. It never showed up. After the meal we brought it up again and he seemed a little lost on what to do. They did end up offering a free dessert after some suggesting, which took about 20 minutes and asking another server to eventually get. We will go back but really hope this was a fluke and not a sign of things to come.
Great to sit outside. The seafood lasagna was fabulous. We will return.
Friendly staff and nice location. Food just ok...typical bar food- lot of fried items and heavy food :(
Delicious fish tacos, fun atmosphere and a great view.
Service was slow, and meal was mediocre. Over priced for what you get..Messed up order, had to wait for correct sides.
Quintessential Florida restaurant. Has a outdoor and more upscale indoor restaurant. Being located in Burnt Store Marina, you can get here by boat or car.The restaurant is quite large, there is never a problem getting in. The service is fair. Most of the servers are older, very efficient. The food is good. The fish and chips are excellent. Soup bland. The indoor restaurant has a few more items on the menu with a price uptick. They have live music sometimes, and a market adjacent on Saturday. Overall a good place for a drink or a meal.
Nice people to chill with. Any body that lives on a 35 ft sail boat is OK in my book.
No service, not terrible none. Worst I've experienced
Just stopped for drinks and appetizers. Nice place. Great views! Delicious apps. Really enjoyed it. Would recommend.
the food and service was excellent. highly recommended
were seated promptly. we then sat there for over ten minutes and no one came to take our order. service is apparently not a priority here. cannot recommend this establishment
We have had lunch and dinner at the Cass Cay several times and the meals are consistently very good.
Food and service were wonderful.
This is really a beautiful little spot to have lunch over looking the MarinaYou do have to check on at the front gate give them your name before being allowed into the Condo, Marina Village area. There is the main restaurant and bar to the left walking up to the building, this is where we lunch.I had Ahi Tuna, both my parents had the grouper sandwich...The food was good, as was the service We had been seated near a table that was so loud that we couldn't hear each other, so we ended up getting out things to go.On the way out we looked at the building now to left (would have been right walking up). It had a small sandwich shop and real estate office on the first floor and a Marine Boat Sales office on the second floor.Very pretty property
Nice hideaway resteraunt bar. Great pub grub and seafood. Good service. Overlooking a marina. Limited parking. Have to negotiate through a boat yard to get to it.
Tremendous atmosphere made better by the live music and wonderful staff. Food was delicious! It is easy to see that the owners/management care about the customer.
The service was rather slow for the amount of diners they had at 3 pm. They no longer have pizza and have raised their prices. The food was good but not outstanding for the cost and time it took to prepare. I hope they can step it up.
The bar tender is nice and drinks are strong! That being said, the benefits end there. We went for Wednesday trivia (with Brad not Juan) and we were mistreated the entire evening. Brad's questions for trivia were inaccurate, and he was extremely condescending when we asked clarifying questions. Note, we are 2 young women studying engineering and he's perpetuating the achievement gap in academia. He ripped the trivia sheets out of my hand, and pretended to not hear us AND our server when we asked for more trivia sheets. Everyone in the bar was accusing us of cheating with no material evidence (because we weren't cheating) and the bar perpetuated this culture of ostracisation leading to my girlfriend crying. Overall, would not recommend if you are vegan or female/poc/queer/not a white senior citizen.
Enjoyed very much, had a little fubar, manager was terrific. Yes we will go again
Outstanding food and view from inside dining room. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My scallop dish was fantastic. For dessert, the pineapple upside down cake brought back lots of great memories. It was special.
The only restaurant in Burnt Store Marina and they do a pretty good job keeping everyone happy. Good food and service. There’s usually something going on to keep you entertained! Try the blackened fish sandwich!
Great service and food. Beautiful restaurant, views and location. Had a wonderful time..thank you!!
Only had drinks and appetizers but great view and friendly
